Before you apply for hosting, you MUST read our rules and regulations of being a hostee of The Fan-Sitez Network.
- All fansites (including sites for TV Shows, Movies, Music Artists) are currently being accepted
- Media Files ARE permitted on our servers if your follow these guidelines:
- All files over 20MB MUST be zipped
- NO files over 100MB are permitted
- NO illegal media files are allowed
- To help pay for servers and domains, all sites are required to use one ad code on each page. Our current supported ad sizes are: 728x90 Leaderboard, 120x600 Skyscraper and 300x250 Medium Rectangle.
- NO other commission ads are allowed on your site
- You must have previous website experience, only high quality sites will be accepted
- Sites must be updated on a regular basis. Sites not updated in 3 months will be deleted (we will notify you before hand)
- If you need a break and put your site on hiatus, you must leave the site online and browsable by the public.
- Sites will at no time represent themselves as being more than a hosted affiliate of The Fan-Sitez Network.
- You must take all responsibility for your site's content and wrong doings.
- Pornography, Warez and other inappropriate materials of that nature are not allowed.
- The Fan-Sitez Network tries to backup all site data weekly, but site owners are responsible for backing up their site data on a regular basis.
- If a site is found in violation of any of the above Rules/Guidelines, the account will be immediately terminated without notice or consent. We reserve the right for any reason to edit, move, remove or refuse without notice any contents maintained in a web site directory this includes accounts, files, web pages.
- All domains purchased by The Fan-Sitez Network remain the property of The Fan-Sitez Network. You own all your site's content.
- All new hostees must have their sites up and running within one month of approval.
- A link to Fan-Sites.com must be placed on your site stats as the host.
The Fan-Sitez Network may revise these terms of use by updating this page at any time. You agree that in the event any portion of these Site terms of use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Site terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. By using this Site you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page and keep your email address updated to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.
