Q. Why Can't I Use My Own Ad Codes On My Site?
Running a free hosting company is a very costly business. The money I receive from ads on your site will contribute to paying for the servers and domains for your sites.

Q. Why Can't I Use A Shortcut URL?
One of the ways the Network is promoted to other sites and Webmasters is through the URL. Fan-Sitez.com is not affiliated with any of the URL re-directing services. Search engine crawlers will not accurately spider a site with a redirect URL, meaning a lower search engine ranking for your site and for Fan-Sitez.com

Q. You Deleted My Site Without Telling Me! Why?
As stated in the Rules and Regulations, no explaination needs to be given if a violation of terms has been found. But for most cases, I would try to contact the webmaster giving them a chance to fix up their site before doing so.

Q. What Features Does The Fan-Sitez Network Offer?

Q. When My Site Is 100% Up and Online, Will I Get A Free Domain?
Yes you will. When your site is completely up, please send us an email at site@fan-sitez.com with your current URL and your desired domain of your choice (please make sure the domain isn't already taken though)

Q. I Missed Out On Important Information Sent By Email...
Please make sure you tell us when you change your contact email as we may send out important hosting information to our hostees. Send us an email with your new email here.

Q. Where Does My Ad Code Have To Be Placed?
All ad units must be placed ABOVE the fold on all pages. This means you don't have to scroll down before seeing it.

Q. Can I Customise My Ad Code?
Yes you can. Please send us an email with your desired size, colors, etc.
